Andrew Curtis

President

A native of Pampa, Texas, Andrew Curtis holds a degree in finance from Texas Christian University. He has spent the majority of his career in the construction and oil & gas services industries, gaining extensive experience in operations management, leading teams, and delivering results in fast-paced, hands-on environments. With a strong foundation in finance and a passion for practical problem-solving, he is dedicated to driving growth, improving efficiencies, and creating long-term value for his customers.

Taylor Kennedy

Growing up with a Construction background in the Texas Panhandle, Taylor attended Texas Tech University earning a degree in Construction Engineering. Upon graduation, Taylor spent the next 10 years building Wellfields, Transmission Mains, and various Water Systems across the entire State of Texas.  During his travels he found great enjoyment in fostering strong relationships and realized his passion for building the future of infrastructure for the Texas Panhandle and West Texas.

Richard Brookshire

Operations Manager
With decades of experience in the Panhandle Oilfields, Richard has built a wealth of knowledge across all facets of the Oil & Gas industry. This includes experience in Oilfield Construction, Down Hole Projects, working with Drilling Completion Operations, and Landowner Coordination. Utilizing his wide range of knowledge, he leads the Curtis Oil and Gas Service Division, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with regulations. He coordinates all activities, manages production schedules, and supervises the teams of pumpers, rigs, and roustabout crews. As he manages the day-to-day operations, he focuses on optimizing resource allocation and troubleshooting operational challenges to deliver a quality product. Richard is a Customer Oriented Manager who possesses strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to changing conditions, and a commitment to safety in high-risk environments.

Collin Rains

Office Manager

Collin Rains is a skilled Office Manager with a strong foundation in both administrative operations and client-facing roles. A graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Chemistry, Collin began her career in medical sales, where she developed sharp communication skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and a deep understanding of high-stakes, fast-paced environments. Now in an Office Manager role, Collin applies that experience to oversee the daily operations that keep a workplace running smoothly. She brings organization, efficiency, and a people-first approach to everything they do, from coordinating schedules and managing vendor relationships to streamlining office procedures and supporting team needs. Known for her reliability, adaptability, and ability to wear many hats, Collin is passionate about creating an environment where teams can thrive and focus on what they do best.
